A dry feel, a misshapen bag and collapsed internal support can coexist, but they need separate assessment. Conditioner cannot repair a displaced base board or failed reinforcement.

  • Check corners, the base board and reinforcement for displacement.
  • Distinguish surface dryness from unstable internal construction.
